If you have purchased a service from us and you are unsatisfied with it, you may contact our support and file a complaint. Send your complaint to support (at) nordname.com. We will reply to all complaints promptly.
In the event that you are unsatisfied with our handling of your complaint, you have the right to escalate the issue through the Finnish Consumer Ombudsman available at kkv.fi.
If you have a complaint about a reseller of NordName, please email support (at) nordname.com and we will assist you.
